I highly recommend Tasha Chemel. She helped me tremendously with my capstone paper. She taught me how to research my topic properly, organize my information, and structure my thesis paper. She also does a great job editing and explains each edit. Tasha was patient with me and very professional. I passed my capstone class! And this is thanks to her teaching me how to write a proper thesis paper.
Tasha was instrumental in my success in my past few semesters at Berklee, and what she taught me continues to impact how I function in everyday life. She is so kind and ready to help with whatever I would bring to her each week, and she worked through things in a practical way while noting and addressing emotions that would come up with tasks, and helped me deduce the “why” while giving me tools to change my thought processes. For example, I now can make a schedule or plan for myself to get anything done, from appointments to schoolwork to chores and self-care. She has been truly amazing and I hope everyone can find a Tasha in their lives.
Tasha has been incredible at helping me build executive function skills and techniques that I had been lacking. I had recently been diagnosed in my mid-thirties as having ADHD. Tasha has helped me examine and evaluate how I handle fundamental skills around stress, task management, task execution, and avoidance. It’s an ongoing process and lifelong skills to master, and I’m glad to have Tasha as a coach to help me every step of the way.
I’ve been working with Tasha for nine weeks, and in that time have made more progress than in the previous nine months! She’s offered some fantastic insights, which have enabled me to achieve major milestones in multiple areas of my life. Tasha was also very flexible and accommodating when I wanted to introduce a coaching methodology of my own into our sessions. Absolutely worth every penny; I would recommend her without hesitation.
